Privacy notice

We collect as little personal data as possible, keep it in the EU or a country with an EU adequacy decision, and only use it for the reason you gave it to us.

Who we are

What we collect

When you sign up for early access, we store:

Your IP address is used briefly to protect the form against abuse (rate limiting). It is not stored with your signup. Our web server may keep short-lived technical logs for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about the Allodion early access programme. We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or use it to build profiles. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or at the latest 30 days after the early access programme ends.

Where it is stored

All data is stored and processed in the European Union or a country with an EU adequacy decision. We use these service providers, under a data processing agreement:

Your data is not transferred outside the EU, except to a country with an EU adequacy decision. An adequacy decision means the European Commission has found that a country outside the EU protects personal data at a level essentially equivalent to the EU. Switzerland, where Proton AG is based, has such a decision.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent. Email info@allodion.eu and we will respond within one month.

You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
